My name is Skyler Uckton, known to most as Skylark. This blog will be for me to document my personal weight loss journey.

I have EDNOS. Which is Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. It has been changed to something else now, but I don't know what it is, and it's still commonly referred to as EDNOS.

If you are easily triggered by this sort of thing, you have been warned.
This is the only way I feel I can fully express myself and my thoughts about this, and maybe one day I'll use this blog to document my journey through recovery, but until that time comes, I will use it to document my disordered thoughts and actions.

I DO NOT INTEND TO PROMOTE OR ENCOURAGE EATING DISORDERS OR DISORDERED EATING.
