Mum: So what's going on with your eating?
Shit, I knew I shouldn't have told her.
Me: What?
Mum: Are you eating too much then not eating for days?
Me: Well I'm eating too much.
Mum: Then nothing for days?
Me: No.
Mum: So are you overeating and gaining?
Me: Yeah. I just...
Then I had an idea.
Me: I'd just really like you to step in at home when you see I'm overeating.
Mum: Okay, I can do that.
Perfect. She'll be watching me more closely, but if she's going to help then she can help stop me bingeing. In the evenings.
And I can continue trying to lose weight!
Perfect!

I've added a Recovery Blog... Just in case. Because I might try and "recover".... Only until the new year, but still.

Well I guess I lost my period this month.
Oh, don't give me that look. This is my personal blog, my personal diary, I've described how I purge in glorious detail... I really don't think a TMI warning is necessary at this point.
It was due to start on 31st October, and it's now the 12th November. I doubt it's due to my eating, because I've been eating far too much recently, but even so, it's the first time that's ever happened.
Ever.
Ever ever.
So it's a little bit of a shock/surprise, but I'm not bothered.
I think I'm going to try a bit of self "recovery" (basically making everyone think I'm better when I'm only biding my time), and earlier today I planned out the entire year next year, all the diets, limits, everything from January 1st to December 31st next year.
For the rest of this year, I'll "recover", then start on January 1st with the ABC again.
I've planned what I'm doing, now all I need to do is plan all my meals and that'll be everything. Then, I'm going to put these plans into an envelope, address it to myself and hide it, ready to open on New Year after midnight.
It's a foolproof plan.
