3 Bites Diet

This diet is based on simple discipline. This diet can either be done with a set meal plan, or the basic concept can be used for any and every meal.


The basic concept of this diet is to only have 3 bites of whatever meals you have. I have chosen to be doing this, and having 3 bites of any snack I choose to have, and 3 mouthfuls of any calorific drink I consume that is more than 5kcal per 100ml.


This diet is calorie restrictive, and requires extreme self control.
