This diet lasts for 1 day, and consists of a single day's meal plan. It is a calorie restrictive diet. The idea of the diet is that it is to be repeated daily for as long as desired.
The meal plan for this diet is:
Breakfast
- Glass of Orange or Apple juice
Lunch
- Fruit Salad (made up of Kiwi Fruit, Orange, Pineapple & Peeled Apples)
- Glass of fruit juice (from one of the above fruits)
Dinner
- Glass of Still (Non-Carbonated) Water
- 1 Green Apple
