The milk used must be Skimmed Milk only. The rest of the food is up to you.

  • Cheese (unlimited but have control)
Day 4

  • 1 Piece of Meat
Day 5
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 2 Fruits
  • 1 Piece of Meat
  • 1 Egg
Day 6
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Fruit
  • 1 Piece of Meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Cheese (unlimited but have control)
Day 7
  • 3 Cups of Milk
  • 3 Fruits
Day 8
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Fruit
  • 1 Piece of Meat
  • Cheese (unlimited but have control)
