Cheerio Diet

This is a very simple diet. It is a calorie restrictive diet.
This diet consists of eating a single Cheerio hoop every 15 minutes throughout the day. This is meant to be effective, as you are keeping your metabolism up by "constantly" eating, however due to the minimal amount, you would only consume approx. 40-60kcal throughout the entire day.
