I have decided not to recover until after prom.
I began the ABC diet at 100 days until prom, I'm going to do it twice in order to lose enough weight. Last time I almost lost 2 stone, and that was even with multiple slip ups, so this time I hope to lose even more.
Day 4, and I have had porridge with water rather than milk. My doctor says I need to drink more milk as my calcium levels are low, but milk has too many calories, so I won't, I'll just pretend as usual.
I will make a new accountability thread for both ABC attempts
