12 Days To Go
So I have 12 days until my birthday. And for my birthday, I'm going out to dinner with a guy I like. It's the first time I've ever eaten out with him, he knows about my eating disorder, so that isn't a problem....
But I want to look skinny and pretty.
I know I can't achieve much in the way of weight loss in just 12 days, I've left it far too late, but I'm going to try. I'm currently almost 15 1/2 hours into a fast (must remember to drink lots of water!) and I'm going to be walking around town a lot today.
Also today, I will be booking an appointment for a manicure on my birthday! Never had a manicure before as I've always bitten my nails (terrible habit I know - It's a compulsion), but I've finally stopped! So I actually have nails, and can have pretty ones for my birthday!
This afternoon, I intend to go to the gym, and do a double workout. I usually do 1 hour's cardio on the Cross Trainer, so this afternoon I will do one hour, take a short break, then do another hour. I usually burn between 200kcal-300kcal in an hour (500kcal if I really push myself), so hopefully I'll get quite a lot burned off.
