Morning Weight: 107lb
9:20am
So yesterday I binged on 3 flapjack bites (65 x 3) and 2 slices of white bread (259). However, the rest of the day I only ate vegetables and fruit, and had a glass of Almond Milk in the morning. Although I didn't count, it was a lot less than I have been recently having, and I lost a pound!
I've decided to set up a rewards system, one that I've considered for quite a while. What if each pound was worth £1, and for each pound you lose, you get £1, and for each one you gain, you lose £1?
So I have a box now, for my £1 coins. And it was such a good feeling, to put a new one in there last night! I can either have £5 to spend as I get to each goal weight, or I can save it all and get something worth £30-£50 when I reach my ultimate goals.
Today, I have 3 small Carrots (21 x 3 = 63), 10 plain Cashew Nuts (92), a small Orange (45), one large Tomato (32), one Mini Babybel Light Cheese Wheel (50) and 125g Mango (74). That in total adds up to 356kcal.
This morning for breakfast, I had a bowl of Oat So Simple Porridge (100) with 250ml Almond Milk (32.5), making a breakfast of 132.5kcal.
If I stick with that, I'll have a total of 488.5kcal - Brilliant! Back on track! And this Sunday I'll get back onto my original plan, so I might still be in with a chance of looking half-decent for Christmas!
11:36am
Had my three carrots, and I'm actually feeling pretty full! Let's just hope I can stay on track today... I really want to see Garfield next week, and I can't if I'm over 100lb, and definitely not if I'm over 105lb.

One big tomato took me 10+mins to eat! And it's surprisingly filling, so much so I feel a bit sick now.
Also had 2 of my cashew nuts.... Aaaaand now I have the hiccups.
I'm so cold, I feel a bit sick and I'm actually quite hungry if I think about it too much... Finally, things are getting back to normal!
4:47pm
I felt about to binge, so instead I went and bought a 150g punnet of raspberries and a 150g punnet of blueberries. Very yummy and very filling!
Fingers crossed that I get to add another £1 to the reward fund tonight!
