Radio: Obesity is costing the economy trillions...
Me: Well then I'm doing the world a favour by starving and losing weight.
I binged yesterday. I ate way too much, I had:
> 1 Glass Unsweetened Almond Milk
> 6 Mini Green & Black's Taster Chocolate Bars
> McDonald's Medium Fries
> McDonald's Fillet'o'Fish Sandwich
> McDonald's McFlurry
> 4 Slices White Farmhouse Bread
Disgusting. I was doing so well until an old friend walked into town with me, and I got chocolate. I didn't even count, but I bet it came to over 1,000kcal.... Eurrg.
But somehow, even though I binged on bread just an hour before my weigh in last night, I still lost 2lb!
Today I'm starting my transition. New me, new diet, new rules, new plan incorporating the old one.
