I'm going to keep something like a journal. This isn't just my feelings (like my blog), this isn't just about my diet (like my accountability), this is about me.
Me and my life.
This will be about everything.
I just feel like I only really do basic updates on my "Blog", and my accountability is only for the particular diets I'm doing.
So this is my journal.
Today, I had a slice of bread for breakfast (108), and 6 mini rice cakes (46). That leaves me 46kcal left for the day.
I've packed a sachet of hot chocolate powder (40), in case I need something warm and sweet later.
Later, I'll be meeting up with Garfield (absolute love of my life), so will be able to skip dinner. Maybe I'll make the hot chocolate at his house, so he can see me drinking something that isn't water or 0kcal fruit tea. Then after that, once I'm home and my parents have gone to bed, I'll sneak downstairs and do some exercise.
I don't exercise enough.
I need to burn more.
I'm also going to need to weigh myself twice a day rather than once. In the morning, and in the evening.
Plan Of Action:
> Find a good time and place to run
> Go to the gym more often
> Eat less
> Twitch all the time
> Wake up before parents and weigh myself each morning
> Weigh myself each evening
> Buy my own scale
> Plan a good running route, and find the time to do it, so I can run every day
> Lose weight.
I have 78 days until Christmas, including today.
I will be beautiful for Christmas.
And Garfield will fall in love with me.
All over again.

My school have a lunchtime running club! Monday lunch times - I'm going to go, and do that every week! I'll still look for a way to do running every day, but I have to start somewhere.
I have the hot chocolate (40) here, and it smells divine... If it tastes good too, then that's great! I intend on trying different types of low kcal hot chocolates, to compare kcals and taste.
I'm gonna taste it now...
Not half bad! Tastes like chocolate haha, that's great!
Not only that, but the warm drink will make me feel full, the sweetness will quench any cravings, and will also give me a little energy boost for when I see Garfield. Perfect!

Oh my gosh...
Best night of my life...
I went round Garfield's house, I was kind of scared as I'd had a nightmare about him recently that really upset and scared me, but I went anyway (regret wearing leggings though - my legs are so huge!), and just wow.
He already knows that my collarbone area is sensitive, so kissed and caressed my collar...
And then he kissed the back of my neck, at the base of my skull, and I melted.
He told me to lie on my stomach, and when I did, he ran his hands up and down my back, so gently, so lovingly...
Uncontrollably, my back arched with his motions
Garfield: You're like a cat!
Me: What do you mean?
Garfield: The way your back moves.
He did this for the last half hour, before he had to drive me home.
Me: I don't want to go...
Garfield: I want you to stay...
He kept caressing my spine, and involuntarily I kept falling back into him, our lips meeting in gentle, fleeting moments. Some of our kisses crashed like thunder, others were soft and gentle.
I am so lucky.
Now, all I need to do is lose more weight, and he'll fall for me all over again.
And maybe for once, I'll love myself too.

Oh my gosh I lost 2lb! That means I've hit my first goal weight!
Today has actually been prett damn good!
