.... I suppose it's a little less stressful, not counting everything, but I haven't stepped on the scale, because I know the number will just make me relapse back into restricting over Christmas....


At the moment, I'm eating a lot of junk food, no surprise as that's what I prevented myself from eating when restricting, but I'm slowly getting out of that, and trying to steer towards a healthier diet until the new year...


This isn't easy... I hate it.
