Prom Diary 2015

DAY 1

I successfully managed to pass day one of my Vegan Liquids stage of the diet, and it was relatively okay. I walked as much as I could, walking not only from school to home, but also walking further into my hometown before heading back home again, meaning I burned an extra 100kcal approx. than usual!

I'll try to update more as I go. Feeling okay, bit ill and tired but otherwise fine.

DAY 2

Failed today - would have been fine if I hadn't had the Aero bars. Found out that I can skip dinner completely by going to bed early. Neat trick!


I walked home again, almost had to stop a couple times I was so exhausted, but I kept going. When I got home I was so tired that I went straight to bed. My mistake was then getting up a few hours later and going downstairs, as then I had to have dinner. Although the Yorkshire pudding wasn't a liquid, due to my walk it would have fitted into my calorie limit, but then I went and ate 3 Aero bars....


Nonetheless I will not fail tomorrow. I have 113 days left to lose as much weight as possible for prom.


I will be the skeleton at the Ball.
