I tried on my prom dress yesterday...
"Wow, I look like a princess! I love it!" I said to my mum, beaming.
As soon as I got upstairs and shut my bedroom door my face fell. I'm not thin enough!

Vegan Liquids - A <300kcal diet of vegan liquids and purees only. The only exception is one instant hot drink (chocolate, Mocha, coffee etc) every morning.

PROPOSED MEAL PLAN
Breakfast: Nescafe Double Choca Mocha (91)
Lunch: 100g Baby Puree Pouch (30-80)
Dinner: 1/2 tin Vegan Soup (50-100)

1st May - 31st May

DCM Fast - A fast which allows for one Double Choca Mocha (91) every morning. Aside from this, water only.
