I am officially addicted to my morning hot drink.


Nescafe Double Choca Mocha.... I have one every morning now, 91kcal for the sachet. It's almost double most of my usual instant hot drinks, but it's worth it!


I wake up, skip breakfast, go to school, then have my Mocha at the first opportunity. The chocolate in it gives me evergy, along with the caffeine, and also it works as a fantastic appetite suppressant - I don't get hungry during the day anymore!


The only issue I'm having is escaping dinners..... I'm doing well so far, becoming extremely fussy with my likes and dislikes, finding ways to stay out until it's too late to have dinner and I can say I ate out, and I've even resorted to asking a trivia question every day to my peers, and whoever gets it right, I buy them something from the school Café. My mum can, if she chooses, go onto her parent account and see exactly what I've bought, so I just tell her I ate what I bought the other person.


The greedy vultures get fattening food, and I get an excuse. It's perfect, everyone wins.


Just finished my morning Mocha. I notice the supressing effect wears off towards the end of the day, so I think I'll start having Green Tea (0) for lunch. The caffeine again will boost me and supress appetite, and green tea is also excellent for metabolism.
